They are not really know how to work.
During the Black Friday I purchased tow pair of shoes, I fulfilled all my details and paid. I got email confirmation of my order and tracking number, once the parcel arrived my country I see that my parcel released from customs.. after tow days that I got nothing so I called DHL to see where is my parcel DHL told me "the shipper (ERALDO) ask Dhl to return my parcel... when I called ERALDO to see what happened they said "we sorry" we will refund you soon .. I ask why?? This parcel is gift to my father... they told me bla bla bla and sorry.. very strange.

Ordered a hoodie on Farfetch, sold by Eraldo. Shipped on Tuesday, made it to my place in California on Thursday! Everything was packaged safely and securely. Super impressed!

You guys are incredible scammers, stores like this shouldn't exist in 2022 year. Whoever sees this: don't buy anything from them, regardless if offline, online or on Farfetch, they will simply rob you claiming that you "damaged" the goods before sending them back. Incredible scam, haven't seen anything like this before.
